Mr. Manish fell down from somewhere in 2014. While doing some work in his shop. He runs a chemist shop in Rudrpura of Uttrakhanda India. His job profile was of sitting regularly. But this injury appeared as a challenge to him.
In starting days he just used this and that pain killer from his own shop. Then creams, liniments and everything was tried. At last he visited a neurologist, who asked for MRI. MRI finding was- Disc extrusion with secondary canal stenosis at l4-l5 and l5-S1 level. Now he was able to understand the severity of the pain. Because cause was in front of him. The next target was- treatment of Disc extrusion with secondary canal stenosis at l4-l5 and l5-S1 level.
Manish Ji tried with everyone. Surgery was the only answer with most of the surgeons and physicians. But he was adamant to not to go for surgery for the solution of his problem.

I was not able to stand. Whenever I tried to stand it pained. And slowly numbness started appearing in my lower limbs. Even sitting became problematic for me. The only choice I had was to in bed for the whole day. This was depressing for me. I contacted every doctor and they kept on telling that- surgery is the only solution for my problem. The problem was severe in case of Mr. Manish. There was constant pain. Vaidya Pardeep, after a detailed understanding prescribed the treatment of Disc extrusion with secondary canal stenosis at l4-l5 and l5-S1 level condition. In first week there was no improvement in his condition. And we kept on trying our best.
In middle of second week, things improved. Spine of Mr. Manish started responding to the treatment. His numbness subsided. Now he was able to sit down and stand in a place for longer times. That brought courage to him also.
