A young lady of aged 29 years!! She was unable to walk or to do anything for herself and her family. Anju, came to us in year 2014. Her husband brought her in arms. Because she was not able to walk at all. This was because of Canal stenosis at L4-L5, L5-S1 levels due to disc protrusion. She didn’t have any clue that what is next for her. Because surgery was the only way out shared with her. But the risk of surgery was so big that she didn’t want to go for that. Her husband stared looking for Ayurvedic treatment of Canal stenosis at L4-L5, L5-S1 levels due to disc protrusion without surgery. It was a big hunt for them. In condition of disability she came to Sukhayu and after that in last four years she came several times to Sukhayu just running. This case is a journey. A milestone. Because the canal diameter which should be about 20mm was only 6 mm in L4-L5 and 13 mm in L5-S1. Disc desiccation with diffuse annular disc bulge, large posterior and posterior right paracentral disc extrusion caudal migration of extruded disc and ligamentum flavum thickening seen at L4-5 level resulting in marked effacement of bilateral neural foramina, marked right lateral recess stenosis and marked canal stenosis with compression over thecal sac , cauda equina and exiting predominently right L5 nerve root.
Disc desiccation with diffuse annular disc bulge, large right posterolateral disc protrusion seen qt L5-S1 level resulting in effacement of bilateral neural foramina (R>L), marked right lateral recess stenosis and moderate canal stenosis with compression over thecal sac and exiting predominantly right L5, 51 nerve roots.

This might be a dream for any woman that her husband carries her in his arms. But when it is due to disability, no woman will ever dream for this. Same was the condition of Anju. She has left all the hopes. Because in such a young age she was not able to sit-stand and sleep by her own. But this condition of Canal stenosis at L4-L5, L5-S1 levels due to disc protrusion was getting horrible everyday.
When we looked at the MRI, where space of the available canal was just- 6 mm. This was really very worrisome. It took us 7 days to make Anju stand her own. She was so terrified due to the pain that when we asked her to stand up- she denied. Because she thought that same pain will come again.
But things went well. She responded well to the treatment. After many months of treatment while talking us, she accepted-
