- L4-L5, L5-S1 Herniated disc with compression in bilateral neural foramina.
The MRI was studied well by Vaidya Pardeep Sharma and Ayurveda treatment for L4-L5, L5-S1 herniated disc was planned under his guidance. Approach of treatment was to bring the disc back. So that disc will return to normal and he will live a very normal life.

Reversal of cause of problem the target of Ayurvedic treatment for l4-l5, l5-s1 herniated disc. There were two mistakes everybody was making. Either they were suppressing of pain or symptoms or were trying to work on the discs. But nobody tried to work on the root cause of the problem. Root of the problem were – degenerative changes along with straightening of the lumbar spine due to muscular spasm. Nobody worked on the root cause. This was the reason, he was not treated well by any treatment.
Panchakarma treatment for herniated disc was started along with Ayurvedic medicines. Things were not going well in first few days. Basically treatment responded after 10 -11 days. Later on we never looked back. That’s why we ask every patient to be patience.
